With thanks to Marcus Kiriyu for his service as Rollmaster of Naga Sadow for the past several months, we are now in need of a replacement.

We are now accepting applications for the position of Rollmaster for Clan Naga Sadow. The candidate who fills this position will fulfil duties which are broader than the traditional Rollmaster role. In addition to managing the Master-Student Program and welcoming/integrating new joins, the Rollmaster will work with the rest of the Summit on recruitment of new members and retention of all existing members (even those who have been knighted) as well as other associated Clan projects.

Applications will be open until 5th June 2016. However, given the critical nature of having this position filled as early as possible, we reserve the right to close applications earlier than projected on receiving an extraordinary application.

Requirements:

• 24 hour email turnaround (excluding leaves of absence).
• Rank of at least Knight (JM4), no previous Brotherhood leadership is required.
• The ability to be present and approachable on Clan avenues of communication (email, IRC, Telegram is strongly recommended but not a hard requirement).
• Be available for additional questions or an interview from the Summit.

Tips:

• Address how you will improve the new member integration and Master-Student Program.
• Present ideas for how you will work with the rest of the Summit on recruitment and retention.
• 30/60/90 formats are not required and somewhat discouraged.
