This isn't too relevant, because haven't really followed the rule anyway, but I just want to make it official.
There are no more minimum or maximum ranks needed to hold any position in the DB. There were clauses for them in the DSC> Those have since been removed.

At least this way, most DCers will have earned their rank, instead of DA being given out on appointment.
Yeah, I remember when ACO's would get QUA spots and be promoted right on up to OW / KP / SW.
Then there's Chi-Long who went JH -> DA in one day. :P
Noooo, it was like two weeks. :P I think JH to OW to DA. I dunno. But yeah, he shot up fast. I hear it's because he's good in bed. We all need manhug from from Fae. :P
