** Activity **

I put this at the very top of my report because I think it’s important.

Our Aedile’s and a promising journeyman from Qel-Droma have busted their asses to provide us with a variety of activity and they have been for a bit, but their comps recently haven’t garnered a whole lot of submissions. These competitions are excellent for journeyman looking to get promoted and to stand out from the pack. When I was a new journeyman I made it a point to take part in several competitions, something that is reflected on my dossier and I got promoted fairly quickly.

A lot of us Equite’s that have been around for a day or two, don’t really think of competitions as something for us to do. Because honestly, there’s no way a few competition medals will earn us our next Equite level. But aside from the fact that having a recent competition medal on your dossier always looks good; activity, especially from our senior members, simply creates a positive environment.

Run-on: Breaking Point

I'd like everyone that has the time to stop a take a few minutes to show our run-on some love. In our clan we have massive RO experience yet we have constant problems in competitions including coming in very last place in the last Great Jedi War. This condition simply cannot continue. We are too good for that. From now on run-on participation will count heavily in journeyman promotions in the House Galeres.

** Steel Cross **

I want to thank my Aedile Zakath. For much of the last few months he has been acting Quaestor due to a series of unavoidable absences on my part, a time that has seen him grow exponentially, at least in my eyes. I didn’t know him well when he was appointed my Aedile, which is when I was appointed Quaestor. Since then I have come to rely on him as a solid subordinate, a frank advisor and a worthy stand in. This medal is the least I could give him for the support he has shown me.

** Anteian Cross **

Xuthen returned to Arcona from no where after a very long absence. She immediately became a great supporter of the House and Clam Summits. She undertook several leadership tasks without a fancy title or expecting any type of reward. Real life has hemmed her up a bit, but I am certain she will be great asset to Arcona for a very long time. This medal is a token of my appreciation for your continued effort.

** Dark Cross **

Celahir while not quite new to the Brotherhood only recently became re-active. In that time he has already proved himself to be an effective leader. In my absence he effectively managed his battle team and ran successful completions for the House Galeres. This medal is a token of my gratitude for your continued service. On a different subject I want to congratulate you for becoming a Dark Jedi Knight and earning your saber. You’ve earned it.

** Apologies **

I was away for a long time, over a month in fact, due to my IRL military service. I returned to active service here, put in a few spectacular people for medals and then my computer took a shit on me, which put me out of commission for another week. So now I’m back, back again. Etah’s back, tell a friend. >.< That was horrible. I promise to keep the pop culture references to a minimum in the future >.<

** Rite of Supremacy **

January is inching closer and closer. It’s not here yet and the good part of that is there is still time to train. Whatever you’re strongest in, train in that ‘til your sharp as a tack. Whatever you’re weakest in, make it your strength. We need plenty of people out there gaming because that is our strong point. But we need to step up our fiction and we need to improve our skills in run-ons exponentially. I want us to win again, so that you can hold your head high when you tell other members of the Brotherhood that you’re Arconan.
