Dark Greetings Fellow House Members of Kirleta and Members of Clan Satal Keto,

As you can see, this week's report will not be fancy in any way. I have much to inform you all about that its not worth dressing it up as its a waste of my time and any effect it would have would be minimized by the details to follow. To begin, I just want to ask you that if you have questions, concerns, or comments on the details to follow that you please contact me privately using my email: [Log in to view e-mail addresses] I only ask this so we are not wasting space on the clan mailing list and so people can feel confident in speaking to me.

Second thing I would like to speak on is, since this is my first report since I took my first Leave of Absence back when two of my friends were killed in a car accident in early March I think I should thank all those who supported me at the time and continued to when the death of my brother came. As I said to many people, its been a crappy year so far for me with this and several other real life issues so just knowing that not only do i have friends in real life that help me but there are also those online from distant places that do the same. So thank you to you all; for the support, the humour when i needed it most, and for people like Pug, Enah, and Sel for taking care of things while im gone. Also just wanna say sorry to any I might have been rude to or offended with relation to any religious dealings....As you may have figured out, religion is a sour topic with me. Don't ask why, just accept or ignore it. Its better that way for the sake of your sanity and mine.

Next, to clean up some gossip going around. As some of you may of heard I was planning on resigning from Quaestor due to real life issues and transferring out of CSK. But with some discussions with enahropes and other people we've worked out a plan to keep me on as Quaestor. I want everyone to know that I will only remain as QUA until myself, the clan summit, or the members of kirleta decided im failing the house. I do want to be the Quaestor of Kirleta as it brings great pride to me but I will not let my pride bring the down-fall of the house so if at any point ppl see me as failing contact me so we can correct this. Kirleta is your home and House, this is why you have a right to have a say in your leader and the way things are ran.

As for the plans that are letting me stay on as Quaestor, it is mostly formed around the new placement of a position, Rollmaster.

For some time this position has been left open in not only Kirleta but Aleema too. This is because up till now it has been viewed as being useless as most of the old RM tasks were being looked after by the QUA and AED but now with using it as a resource for some of the projects I had created for Kirleta it has become useful again and also brings in another member to the Summit team to thin the work out. At this moment the Rollmaster position will not be filled by application as me and Pug have already selected someone.

Anikal will be working on the House Summit now as the House's Rollmaster, but since this position is not a full Summit position once Anikal is placed as RM he will also remain on Kirleta's roster as a Trooper as well. For those wondering what Anikal will do, he will be working behind the scenes on projects that myself and Pug have for the House. He will also be acting as a "Training Officer" and Envoy for the House. He will welcome and guide new recruits and members under the rank of PRT until they have completed the Shadow Academy outline and reached the rank of Protector. As well he will be setting up Kirleta's Training and Practice System and maintaining the Ladders of Kirleta.

Next on the agenda is Spring Cleaning, as you all know Im a big fan of keeping the house clean. New members might ask "clean of what"? But the answer is simple, the disease called "inactivity" which spreads through the body of a House and wipes out dozens at a time. So since my LoA has caused some slowness in our ranks I'm cleaning from head to toe. The beginning is, as I mentioned the House Summit with the addition of the Rollmaster to help clean up some messes. The next is Battleteams and New members. At the moment, if you look at the Kirleta dossier on the DB site, you can see that we have no BTs (don;t panic, i did that) and this is for a reason. As me and Pug worked on placing so many new members into the BTs and finding that many are under the rank of PRT and knowing most recruits don't mkae it past PRT, I have come up with a new system that works with the new RM position. But because of the huge lack of members over PRT, BTs have been removed until deemed ready to reopen. For the new members and those under PRT you will be contacted shortly with details on how to reach the rank of PRT.

For everyone else I'll breiflt describe the coming events of the BTs and New recruits.

-Remove BTs and BT Leaders (Done)

-Install new RM to assist in guiding members below PRT to the rank of PRT.

-Reopen BTs when at least 5 members can be placed in each

-With the BTs reopened they will now require that members be of the rank Protector before accepted in

-When the BTs are reopened, the BT Leaders may be reinstalled depending if they can might the new requirements for the position (** the new requirements will be released when the BTs are reopened**)

As you can see, Im going to reface Kirleta entirely. Not only are we adding a RM to reface the Summit duties and assist in further Kirleta projects. But BTLs MAY be replaced, and the BTs will now follow a strict resistion that allows only members who are commited to Kirleta and the DB (commitment proven by gaining the rank of PRT). Hopefully this will only require a couple weeks of debugging before we have a smooth system for recruits and members to follow.

Next Issue, I wish to speak on is the promotions and awards that have happened in the time I was on leave. I would like to send my congrats to all those who have been promoted, or awarded. And I would like to inform those that have done SA courses and have not be rewarded yet that you will be soon as I catch up with everything. Also, I have two special awards to notify you all of.

I awarded this two for all of the work they have done since being placed in their positions and for the work they've done when I was on leave. I knew I won't have to worry with these two looking after the Kirleta members.

Lastly, the Kirleta website is still being maintained and editted but it can be veiwed at www.freewebs.com/housekirleta I'll have everything work on it within the week so enjoy it when it comes.

I still have much to say but i don't want to take up anymore of your time. So for now thats my report, expect a number of emails from me in the days to come as we have much business to attend to in Kirleta.
