For the past year, Merlance has continued to show his merit and worth as a member of Tarentum by serving as not only an excellent role model to our young members on how a Tarenti should behave and act but as an example to the elder members of the clan as well by showing that age and rank within the DB does not excuse you from the regular duties as a member. While other members of his rank are tied up with a project here or there as a way to continue to improve their standing in the clan and brotherhood, Merlance goes back to the basics by completing 15 SA courses, earning two PoBs and 212 CFs since last may and participating in numerous competitions both large (like GJWs, RoSs, Clan History month) and small (like the recent clan competition settling home). Aside from this, Merlance also proves he can work like the big dogs by providing sound and interesting opinions on the house, coaching new members as he has proven in getting his apprentice to JH already and providing the clan with monthly trivia since last June. For all this, and everything missed, I would like to recommend Merlance for a AC as a thank you and reminder that Tarentum appreciates everything he does for his house and clan.
